5 Days left

And so the Irish adventure is coming to an end. In 5 days we will be in Italy, yay Italy!! After 11 days there we will be back in Ireland for our 4 final days, then it's back home. Yay home, it's been a nice adventure with lots of good stories to bring back. The bad thing is that I will no longer get to live with Kyle, and we are moving farther away from him.
So there has been a lot that I miss about home but Ireland has taught me many things and I will miss it and the cool people I met here.
It's amazing that it took going abroad to meet a girl that goes to my school, she is even an equine science major, bizarre. Anyway pubs are fun, rugby is awesome and buses suck. I hope I never have to take another 4 hour bus ride in my life, especially a hot one while I am thirsty.
Well I should start packing, my folklore final was today and it was very easy, I hope I did well. 2 down and one to go, music on Saturday then another year of college will be gone, how sad. Only a year and a half left for me, hopefully...
That's all for now, I will try to update more before we go to Italy but I can't promise anything.

Up early

Since I'm up and I have nothing to do today, except finish my research paper, I thought I'd update. This Saturday was our 2 yr anniversary so we went to Kilkenny and Kildare- to the National Stud. It was much fun, Kyle picked Kilkenny and of course I picked the Stud, it was raining when we got there but it actually cleared up and turned out to be a lovely day. We went and did a tour of the castle, did a little shopping, had a lovely dinner and went to the movies. We saw this new movie Confetti, it was pretty crazy, those silly British people. Sunday we took a bus to Naas and had to wait for about an hour for the Kildare bus, but we finally got to the Stud. It was so awesome, lots of babies and 2 really cool gardens.

Wow

So this weekend was awesome, Josh and Mary Kate came to visit and we had lots of fun. We took them out and had a great time, the Stables on Friday, Molly's on Saturday. Kyle even met his favorite rugby player in Molly's which was pretty cool. I'm exhausted after this weekend though, oh man. Finished my folklore essay at half 2 this morning, it's due in an hour- I still have to print it.
Last night I found out that my family is moving but not telling me where or too much about it because they want it to be a surprise- it's insane. My dad was like, we're going to move while you are gone but we aren't telling you where cause we want it to be a surprise. Sarah says its on 18 acres and there's a 3 stall barn so awesome. But I still think it's crazy, and when I get back they will be visiting Allie so my dad tells me I have to find a place to hang out for a while, so I get to stay with Kyle, it's so bizarre.
API took us to Galway on Saturday, it was pretty cool but I totally saw a 12 year old smoking and he looked like a little pick pocket... Then there were kids in a church climbing on this fountain thing, they so looked like they were going to fall I was so nervous, no parents to be found- oh man it was a bit crazy. Sunday we went back up to the Cliffs with Josh and Mary Kate- it was rainy but misty so it looked pretty awesome. We had a bit of bus trouble getting up there though- oh man, first bus was full so they sent another and the guy wouldn't let us buy tickets on the bus. We go inside to buy tickets and the window is closed, after talking to the inspector he tells him to give us tickets- he gets all mad and takes forever and we end up not getting the student rate. Oh man buses suck.
Well that's about it for now I have to go print this stupid paper and turn it in.

Long time no update

So I'm bad at updating, oh well.
Not too much has happened anyway- weekdays are boring and routine for the most part.
Last weekend Kyle and I went down to Kinsale for the weekend, it was amazing. Sunny and in the 60s, we ended up staying an extra day we liked it so much. A very cute little town on a harbor, lots of sail boats and summer looking houses. We had a yummy seafood dinner- I had mussels. We watched Munster win the rugby game in a nice little pub- Go Munster!!!
This weekend we are going up to Galway with API and Josh is coming to visit us with his girlfriend. Should be lots of fun.
API is taking us out to dinner tonight- yay free food! It's so nice out today I hope it stays like this for the weekend, just like last weekend. We also went to Waterford to tour the crystal factory which was pretty cool, one of the master cutters gave us a demo.

That's it for now- oh I rock at bowling, we went in Cork and overall I beat Kyle- yay me.

All Alone

So for most of today and tonight I have the apartment to myself, so lonely. My Mom and Sarah left at half 5 this morning and shoud be home some time around 1 am here, hope they have a good trip. I went out to dinner with the Minners tonight, Kyle is staying with them at the bed and breakfast tonight.
It has been such a fun week, I'm sad to see it end. We went on a trail ride in Killarney park on Thursday, Kyle even rode and he got to canter- it was grand. The Minners are all leaving tomorrow afternoon, they are going to King John's castle in the morning- I will be sleeping... Friday was fun, just Sarah, mom and I, we went to Adare and to a celtic park and garden. I got a ton of flower pictures, I was excited. I don't know what I'll do tonight, crash on the couch for a while I suppose, maybe watch a movie.
Tomorrow is Easter- so weird, but I don't think I've actually been home for Easter since I went to college, oh well it still seems odd to me. Well Happy early Easter anyway.

Disco Night

Oh man last night was so much fun, we went out to a Disco, but we were definetly some of the first ones there. Alison was afraid no one would show up, but that didn't happen. The five of us went out to dance when no one else was out there, oh man Irish guys are so chicken. But once people started showing up it got super crowded and it was awesome, Kyle left the 4 of us girls alone for a few mins and the guys seriously circled us, so we're just like don't make eye contact.... Good times. I even saw a guy from my sociology tutorial, haha it was odd. It was the first place I've been where they haven't been insanly critical of my ID, crazy stuff.
Most definetly slept right through music lecture this morning though, oh well. Ice Age 2 comes out on Friday, I want to see it, I'm movie deprived, Oh and I finally saw Harry Potter!! It was awesome and I've seen it like 3 times now, and we watched House of Wax on Saturday night- now thats a way creepy movie.
Ok well it's shower time.

Hey look I'm updating

KT says I need to update, I guess she is right.
We did nothing this weekend, it was great, well we did shop a lot which was fun. Yesterday we went out and threw the frisbee around, it was so nice out. And by nice I mean about 50 which was surprisingly warm. There was a rugby match on Sat and Munster won, yay Munster!
So tonight we are going out to a disco which should be interesting at least. That music lecture at 9 tomorrow isn't sounding so good already.
My mom and Sarah are coming out on Saturday, I'm excited, it should be tons of fun. Well I think that is all for now.
